       Secretary General Wu Shunmin first expressed gratitude for the support provided by China National Electric Corporation to the association, and affirmed China National Electric Corporation's high attention, investment, and significant achievements in high-end, intelligent, information, and digital technology transformation. Secretary General Wu stated that the purpose of the Provincial Enterprise Technical Reform Association is to provide "three services", serving members, society, and the government. The association is currently focusing on promoting the development of strategic emerging industry integration clusters, promoting digital transformation of enterprises, and building a shared service platform. The association will make the most of available resources to provide assistance to member enterprises in technological transformation and upgrading.

It has also introduced advanced foreign CNC machines and fully automatic digital large shear lines for production and manufacturing in the industry. All of these embody the persistence and perseverance of China Electric Corporation in innovating advanced technology equipment and product technology, reflecting China Electric Corporation's responsibility and responsibility for the innovative development of the industry.       Secretary Zong mentioned that currently, Zhongdian Electric is carrying out comprehensive industrial upgrading work around the "One Promotion and Four Modernizations" strategy proposed by Chairman Lu and the relevant requirements of Jiangsu Province's "Intelligent Reform and Digital Transformation", namely product digitization, marketing e-commerce, management digitization, production visualization, and the "production to sales" business strategy, comprehensively deepening and improving the existing product series to ensure zero defects in products; Accelerate the comprehensive improvement of the digital supply chain and achieve transparency in procurement; Comprehensively promote the construction of digital warehouse management systems and achieve inventory visualization; Comprehensively increase the proportion of intelligent manufacturing in overall manufacturing, and achieve intelligent manufacturing. The Binjiang factory has fully introduced 6S lean management, vigorously promoted the digitization and visualization management of the entire operation process, and officially launched the "Zhongdian Easy Procurement" platform and the "Zhonghan IoT" smart mini program.
